Our approach

Share only what is needed to assess the project

United Laboratories requests contact, organisation, sample and testing information so that the laboratory can assess feasibility, define the scope, estimate sample quantity and prepare a quotation. Do not include patient-identifiable information, passwords, payment-card information or unrelated confidential records in a website enquiry.

Website enquiry form

The current website form prepares an enquiry but is not yet connected to a laboratory email or customer-management system. Information entered into the preview is not transmitted to United Laboratories. This notice must be reviewed and updated when a live submission service is connected.

Project and sample information

After a project is accepted, the laboratory may require specifications, methods, safety data, certificates, protocols and sample identifiers. The permitted method of transfer, access arrangements, retention period and confidentiality terms should be confirmed as part of the quotation or service agreement.

International enquiries

International sample acceptance is subject to legal, customs, courier, packaging, import, safety and material-handling review. A sample must not be shipped until the laboratory confirms acceptance, required documentation and the receiving address.

Certificates and verification

A verification request should include only the report or certificate reference and the minimum information needed to match the request with laboratory records. Verification applies only to the identified report and sample.
